Emily Burke is an Associate Broker with Engel & Völkers Gulf Shores and leads the Burke Real Estate Group, serving buyers and sellers across Coastal Alabama. A Baldwin County native and Foley High School graduate, Emily brings deep local roots and more than a decade of real estate experience to every transaction.

Emily joined the industry in 2015 and quickly built an award-recognized, top-producing team on the Gulf Coast. She later served as managing broker of a 37-agent beach office, then expanded her career to the mountains as an Associate Broker in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, the inspiration behind her brand, Beach and Mountain Broker. She is skilled in resort, residential, and luxury property, and is known for strong listing portfolios and multi-channel marketing that gives every property maximum exposure.

Before real estate, Emily spent 13 years as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department, an experience that shaped her calm, detail-driven approach under pressure. She studied at the University of Mobile and the University of Alabama. Emily is also a professional actor, featured mainly in commercials and industrial workplace productions, a skill set that shows in her polished, camera-ready property marketing.

Emily Baugh is a dedicated and self-driven professional with a wide range of experience in the real estate business. In her current roles as both a Licensed Admin & Team Operations, she diligently oversees various projects for The ER Group. Although she started out as an unlicensed assistant, Emily soon obtained her license to operate as an agent - a move that has proved fruitful and rewarding to her because she finally found her passion. This is evidenced by the success she has enjoyed while working with differently skilled agents along the way.
